Be a good person they say!

I have always tried to be a good person especially to the people I love most. I try do things for them and help out where I can sometimes to my detriment.

My girlfriends mother put me in contact with her friend about making him a website. I was glad to accept and started on it right away. The current situation is that he wants us to build him an amazing site full of hardcore programming at the original cost. I find it difficult to say no to him without running the risk of getting a bad word in with my ladies mother but on the other hand I have now had 2 sleepless nights building in pagination, GD Library andĀ advanced mySQL sorting queries for all his products.

I must admit I have learnt a lot from this project, but I think you need to be able to tell a client when they flying in the clouds and say this is your limit we will do it for you.

So unless there is an agreement layed down beforehand then I will no longer do businessĀ for friends and family unless it is a little venture. If I do get that referall there must be no strings attached or I will push it onto someone else.
