So a friend of mine, Dale (@idale on Twitter), sent me an email about a little campaign he set up for the launch of the new Ford Focus ST. To cut a very long story short you just need to do the following:
- You go to stexperience.co.za
- Read about the great prizes like getting driven around a race track by a pro driver or winning a trip to Germany (Ford factory tour) and getting driven around another race track that exists somewhere in Belgium (Ford secret testing location).
- You click enter and give them your details (ID numbers are required so that they’re prepared for when you win the cool prizes).
- You then wait for the experience of your life.
Yes it’s pretty much that easy and doesn’t really have any hidden catches (you can even OPT-IN to getting marketing info from Ford South Africa – most people make you opt-out first :P).

The ST Experience is giving over 200 people the opportunity to encounter the All-New Focus ST before anyone else, at their local track, with pro racing drivers. Each winner will also receive an ST cap, keyring and full blown online race video featuring themselves.
One lucky person will also win an exclusive international behind-the-scenes tour of the Ford Focus Factory in Germany and secret testing ground in Belgium, to experience how the Focus ST is designed, manufactured and tested.
