The World Cup is behind me, now to Malaysia 2019!

So the 2015 Touch Rugby World Cup is now behind me. I have 9 Mixed Open caps to my name and I am sure that I have come back a better player. Conditions in Coffs Harbour, Australia were pretty intense with flood warnings being sent out and an entire days play being cancelled. However, this only meant that a new competition format (games at 25 minutes 1-way) would make it tougher out there.

The Mixed Open Touch Boks came 11th in the end (far from our goal of third) but the heart shown on the field was something I will never forget. To my entire team, you guys rock. Each and every one of you has left an amazing imprint on my life that I'll remember for a long time! I really hope I can step onto the field with you again!

I'm definitely gunning to make an Open Side for the 2019 Touch World Cup to be held in Malaysia and to experience an even higher level of touch.
